You may return any item(s) that meet this criteria:

• purchased within 30 days of the return date
• are full priced items
• are unused or unworn, void of smells or pet dander
• package includes a receipt, proof of purchase or the return form attached to the original packing slip

Shipping costs on returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is a result of a Camp Brand Goods error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Please ship the item(s) back using this shipping address:

Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. Any items purchased at a discounted price in our sale section or elsewhere on the website are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Note: Full priced items purchased using a promotional code are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All customer returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee unless it is due to a manufacturing error. We will waive the restocking fee in the case of an exchange. In order to process returns properly, please email support@campbrandgoods.com. For International and US Customers please make sure to properly mark your shipment as a return so we are not charged customs or duties when your package enters Canada.
